Our team boasts over 30 years of industry experience, having traveled over 400K individuals to top-notch ski resorts across North America. Outside Life and SkiSync specialize in crafting one-of-a-kind, multi-faceted trips including après ski gatherings, ski culture, live entertainment, themed parties and a variety of on and off mountain events.

Sales Agent (Full-Time)
Promote the Pow! Work with campuses and clubs across North America to deliver the Ultimate Winter Experience.

Sales & Campus Management
Develop and manage a sales territory using an outbound campus model to drive student group travel.
Grow existing campus teams while identifying new opportunities for growth.
Recruit, onboard, and manage campus teams, providing training on sales & promotional strategies, ski destinations, and mountain products.
Plan and execute sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with territory targets and company objectives.
Lead Management & Sales Targets
Generate and manage leads through referrals, social media, and campus networks.
Utilize CRM tools to track progress, optimize sales, and grow traveler participation.
Execute multi-channel sales strategies, including in-person, digital, and direct outreach.
Pass Products & SYNC Portal Support
Expand ambassador programs to promote season pass product sales.
Educate customers on season pass product options and trip opportunities.
Support within the SYNC portal by assisting reps with setup, troubleshooting bugs, and testing new functionality.
Staffing and Onsite Operations
Support onsite trip operations during summer “fam” trips and winter experiences occurring Dec-April
Train/manage/oversee onsite support staff members
Oversee and execute on Outside Life organized social events
Support trip logistics, including check-ins, transportation, lodging, and staffing.

Work remotely and in collaboration with Outside Life Regional Sales Team
Support the Regional Sales Team for new traveler and season passholder growth in appointed territories through social media and networking strategies
Lead Generation through social media recruitment, personal referrals, and incoming leads
Implementation of detailed lead information and tracking into CRM
Make introductions and schedule meetings with new leads on behalf of Regional Sales Team
Focus on individual campus growth
Compile prospective traveler lists and develop new leads in assigned management hubs
Campus Research: compiling information on greek orgs, ski clubs, campus orgs and direct to university programming (i.e. rec centers, involvement offices, etc.)
Weekly transparency reporting on accomplished tasks and lead generation

Be prepared to help out in aspects such as Instagram, TikTok, posting and scheduling, Canva designs, content creation, social media campaigns, giveaways and more. Learn the inner workings of marketing and social media! Bring a fresh perspective, trends, and ideas to the table. Be ready to create & collaborate.
Building authenticity and community into our ski brands, with the goals of driving repeat business and brand love
Focus on social media strategy to grow followers and engagement for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and FaceBook
Create and design engaging content on all social platforms including videos, photos, Instagram Reels and stories, TikToks, giveaways, campaigns, competitions, trends, and more
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, contests, engagement strategies, and graphic design trends
Research TikTok Trends. Come up with creative video ideas, create TikToks, and post to TikTok
Work closely with the creative and sales team to produce best-in-class
social contentLearn how to create a social schedule, daily social monitoring, and posting on social media platforms
Brainstorm paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, business, and brand awareness
Support our in-house designer with basic design needs in Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva including photo resizing, photo editing, retouching, resizing working design files, and asset management (organizing photos, logos, design elements)
Support the Regional Sales Team for new traveler growth through social media recruitment, personal referrals, and incoming paid leads

Interns will support our event production and operations teams in planning, management and execution of partnership experiences, trip events and logistics.
Collect & upload info into shared drives (menus, proposals, executed contracts, etc.)
Manage follow up correspondence with venues, talent, vendors, etc. via email and phone
Data entry and other administrative tasks
Scheduling support
Sourcing new venues and curating venue lists in resort towns
Support on-site management of events
Create Run of Show templates for each winter program
Support on event itineraries for Powdaze Programs
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 10 hours weekly, between 9am-5pm Mon-Fri
