VAL THORENS SKI RESORT

Val Thorens is a ski town in the Tarentaise Valley in the French Alps. It holds the prestigious title of being the highest ski resort in all of Europe and the largest skiing in the entire world! Val Thorens boasts an extensive network of slopes, catering to skiers and snowboarders of all levels, from beginners to experts.

Val Thorens is your home base but just a small piece of your skiing accessibility within the 3 Vallees, connecting you to Les Menuires, Meribel, Courchevel, and more! Point your skis or board in just about any direction and you'll find yourself on seemingly endless slopes.

When in Europe, après-ski is THE focal point of the party experience and Val Thorens is no slouch. Just be sure not to get lost on the slopes so you can make it to the party decks at La Folie Douce or Bar 360! Live music daily and the champagne is always flowing. Once you're ready to call it, ski (or stumble) back to your lodging to freshen up and get ready to hit the village. The village is full of mouthwatering french cuisine, you truly can't go wrong with any restaurant. After dinner, head up to the pubs for tap beers, cocktails, and live music… And for the night owls, multiple nightclub options are open until the drinks run out, or the sun comes up - whichever comes first!

The best way to get to Val Thorens is to fly to Geneva Airport (GVA) in Switzerland. Outside Life will have onsite staff to assist with airport shuttles to get your members out to the resort. And don’t forget, Val Thorens is on Epic Pass!
